Candidates must receive approval from their advisor before they can schedule a hearing.
Candidates will present their completed research portfolio at a hearing. See DMin Handbook for expectations and the DMin Resources website for some tips on how to prepare for it. While this is a public event and the candidate may invite others to sit in, it is not necessary and sometimes not advisable for there to be more than the Hearing Committee (Advisor or Faculty representative, DMin official, and third reader if nominated) present. The candidate initiates arrangements; approval and confirmation of these arrangements will be communicated from the DMin Office to the principal parties.
Confirmation of Arrangements
An email will be sent to you and your readers to confirm the arrangements a few days after you submit the form.
