Spiritual direction is a contemplative stance of being fully present before God that we experience God’s loving companionship. In each session of spiritual direction, you are invited to sit under God’s loving gaze and listen to His gentle voice. My companionship will help you discern the movement of the Holy Spirit in your life, cultivate an intimate relationship with Jesus, and fulfill the Father’s holy desire for you. Jessica graduates from Tyndale University & Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in Spiritual Formation in 2017. Since then, she has been offering spiritual direction to Christians with different backgrounds. In addition, she is a pastor, a wife and a mother of two lovely children. In her leisure time, Jessica enjoys being with her family, meeting with friends, gardening and reading.
