“Deep calls to deep”, the Holy Spirit calls to our spirit. When we pay attention to the call, we will live in the presence of the Holy One. Spiritual Direction is an art of bringing out the awareness of the call. I am an Ecumenical Christian who practises contemplative spirituality. I am living a monastic life at an Anglican religious community, The Sisterhood of St. John the Divine. I have been journeying and accompanying my fellow pilgrims from various backgrounds at different stages of their faith. Education wise, I have B.A. MSc., MTh, DMin. Degrees. I have also completed the Ignatius Spiritual Exercise.
