
Dorothy Pang
Dorothy brings 25 years of experience in law, business, and executive leadership to the TIM Centre team. She is passionate about creating collaborative environments where diverse teams can thrive and organizational health is optimized. She holds a Certificate in Intercultural Studies from UBC and is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (ID) and a certified facilitator of the Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) assessment. Dorothy is a dynamic facilitator and public speaker.
For 10 years, Dorothy was an executive leader in a large intercultural church in northeast Toronto. She is passionate about helping churches embrace the Rev 7:9 church – a place where all are wholly seen, accepted, and understood.
Dorothy is married and lives in Canada. When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring the multiethnic tastes and sounds of the city.

Dr. Mark Chapman
Dr. Chapman is the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program and a Professor of Research Methods at Tyndale University. Dr. Chapman serves as the lead researcher for the Tyndale Intercultural Ministry Centre and book review editor of Religious Studies and Theology. His research has focused on flourishing congregations, multivocational ministry, religion and immigration, projects related to new Canadians who are starting churches, and the relationship between faith communities and the settlement sector. He is married and has three adult sons. He plays an active role at Hazelglen Alliance Church in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON.

Bosco Tung
Bosco has over a decade of experience in mobilization, intercultural engagement, and mission strategy. With a MTS in Urban Leadership & International Development, he serves as a “supporting ligament” (Ephesians 4:16), helping the ‘whole church’—spanning Assembly, Agency, Academy, and Agora—equip individuals and communities to foster mutual understanding and belonging within intercultural spaces across God’s diverse world.
He is actively involved in the leadership of Lausanne Movement Canada, the Evangelical Missiological Society, the Toronto Prayer Breakfast, and Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Canada. Born in Hong Kong and holding Canadian and British passports, Bosco lives in Scarborough, ON, with his wife, June Hur (허주은), a NYT Bestselling author of Korean historical YA novels, and their two energetic young children. He enjoys exploring cultural diversity through cuisine, events, and photography.

Alexander Lee
Alex is a PhD candidate in Intercultural Studies and Adjunct Instructor in Theology of Mission at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is researching a comparative theology of religious ritual in Christian and Muslim communities in the Greater Toronto Area. Alex brings fifteen years of cross-cultural pastoral experience from East and Central Asia, where he lived and ministered for fifteen years. He is passionate about seeing leaders equipped to engage constructively and hospitably in various intercultural and interfaith contexts. For leisure and just plain good health, Alex likes walking with his wife and two children along any of the numerous trails just north of Toronto where he resides.

Rev. Traci-Lynn Burt
Rev. Traci-Lynn Burt is an Assistant Intercultural Leadership Consultant and certified IDI® Administrator. She provides coaching, assessments, and strategic guidance to individuals and organizations to navigate cultural differences.
A PCC-certified coach, she holds senior coaching credentials and integrates intercultural frameworks into leadership and team development. As a consultant for Cornerstone Consulting Canada, she specializes in strategic planning, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration.
Traci-Lynn also serves on the Tyndale Coach Advisory Team and is a certified ROOTED trainer. She empowers leaders to embrace diversity, develop intercultural agility, and lead inclusively.

Brian Yu
Brian Yu has been with the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries Centre for over 5 years, where he serves as a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®). He coaches and facilitates intercultural learning for individuals, teams, and organizations. Brian has been serving as a pastor for over 14 years and is currently one of the lead pastors of a church plant in Toronto. He's also the Executive Director of a faith-based charitable organization serving a subsidized community housing neighbourhood in York Region. Brian holds an MDiv in Pastoral Ministry from Tyndale Seminary. He enjoys reading and writing, working out, and spending time with his wife and child.
Mindy Kim
Mindy is a part-time research assistant at the TIM Centre. Since graduating from Tyndale Seminary with an M.Div in Theology, she has been loving life serving in the local church context alongside her husband, homeschooling their three awesome kids, and growing under the care of the Lord. She can't go to the world (for now, at least), but the world comes to her through the city she so loves ! She longs to see God's Kingdom come and for His will to be done on earth--in her own heart, her generation, and the next--as it is in heaven, so she always finds lots of things to do!

Rachel Bennett
Rachel graduated from Tyndale University in 2022 with an English degree with a concentration in writing and communication. Rachel is working as the Administrative Coordinator where she is involved in helping with all the different areas of the TIM Centre from helping to plan events that foster spaces for people to engage in intercultural collaboration and support to answering emails.
She was born and raised in summer camp ministry and lives in Huntsville in Muskoka where she works remotely for the TIM Centre.

Kerri McIntosh
Kerri is one of TIM Centre's Intercultural Leadership Consultants and a qualified IDI administrator. She also is developing online course content for a new Intercultural Certificate program offered by TIM Centre rolling out this fall! Kerri attended a teeny tiny denominational bible college shortly after committing her life to Christ and has been on a whirlwind adventure following Jesus ever since. Kerri was the Director of Children's Ministries at a large intercultural church in Markham for 9 years. Watching children navigate their cultural differences in classrooms taught her a lot about intercultural competence. Kerri calls herself a strategic joy-bringer and likes to add a little spice to any project she's a part of. She lives in Markham with her husband, four teenagers and two guinea pigs.
