Spiritual direction is a journey making space for God in your life. I have been in vocational ministry for over 35 years; 23 as pastor and 12 as a chaplain in the Canadian Armed Forces. I completed my DMin in Spiritual Formation with my final work; Space for God: Spiritual Formation and Church Leadership. Spiritual Formation involves transformation from an individual’s current condition into greater Christlikeness, achieved by making space for God in one’s life. God utilizes any space He is given to shape individuals in the likeness of His Son. The greater the space made available, the more opportunities God has to perform His work of transformation. Spiritual direction is a work of the Holy Spirit for people who want to see God in their daily lives. It is about making space for God, and I would welcome the opportunity to walk with you.
