As a CBOQ pastor, spiritual director, and life coach (M.Div., CSD – Tyndale Seminary), God has directed me to companion primarily men through seasons of life change. I use assessment and time-tested prayer practices such as, lectio divina, dream work, Gospel contemplation, and Spirit guided conversations to help you discover your true self. If emotional or spiritual wounds are uncovered, I offer a safe, confidential place where you can share your burdens and receive God’s forgiveness and healing grace through deliverance or inner healing prayer. I enjoy restoration and handyman projects, canoeing, and celebrating time with family.
