About Haeun Kim

Haeun brings a sincere and thoughtful approach to therapy, supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem issues, relational difficulties, and trauma. She uses an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems. Her academic background, focused on mood disorders, has strengthened her commitment to walking alongside clients through emotional and mental health struggles. With a multicultural background, Haeun is attuned to diverse perspectives, allowing her to build meaningful connections with clients from all walks of life. She has worked in academic, non-profit, and ministry settings, with a focus on families and children. These experiences inform her understanding of complex family dynamics, developmental needs, and the challenges present at different life stages. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking long walks, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
