About Jane Huang
Jane has a diverse background having worked as a nurse assistant, an early childhood educator (ECE) and a home daycare owner, before pursuing psychotherapy. She is passionate about helping people discover their strengths, clarify their goals, and, where appropriate, draw on their faith as a source of resilience and hope. She has an interest in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, self-esteem issues, attachment wounds, and relationship struggles. She seeks to support clients in moving from survival mode to emotional safety, clarity, and connection. She has experience in parenting, family transitions, ADHD from childhood to adult, and in cultural adjustment. Jane’s approach is warm, grounded, and rooted in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) designed to meet clients where they are. Having lived in multiple cultures, experienced language adaptation, identity struggles and bicultural identity, Jane brings both professional training and lived experience to therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, tennis, and skiing.
