Next Steps
After your request has been processed by a Tyndale Wellness Centre staff, you will receive an email with several documents to complete and submit, and one document to read. After completing and returning these two documents, you will receive notice of your placement with a Wellness Practitioner. You will also receive an appointment date and time, as well as details regarding session fees.
