Edmonton Marketplace Leaders Reimagine Work as Mission

On May 23, the Centre for Redemptive Entrepreneurship (CRE) joined the YEG Supper Club in Edmonton for an honest conversation about faith, work, and influence.

Our director, Philip Yan, shared on “Your Mission as a Marketplace Influencer”, inviting 25 entrepreneurs and business leaders to rethink how their work connects to God’s redemptive purpose.

It wasn’t just theory. From the mission of God to real marketplace action, the group wrestled with what it means to bring renewal, justice, and human flourishing through business.

We’re grateful to the Supper Club for creating space where faith-driven leaders can grow, imagine, and build for more than profit.

If you or your church are exploring how to support marketplace ministries, connect with Philip Yan to start the conversation.
