Biography

Cliff Williams is a dedicated education leader with over 20 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, and instructional mentor. He brings a trauma-sensitive, values-driven approach to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning. Cliff holds a Master of Education in 21st Century Learning and is a graduate of Ontario Bible College (Tyndale). His expertise includes technology integration, curriculum leadership, and educator development. Now living in Rideau Lakes with his wife, Karen, Cliff is committed to well-being, continuous growth, and empowering both staff and students to thrive.
