Sally Salama brings over 32 years of rich and diverse experience in education to her new role as Faculty Advisor. Throughout her career, she has taught a wide range of grades and subjects—from Grade 1 to Grade 8 classrooms to specialized roles as a Teacher Librarian and Media Studies teacher for students from kindergarten through Grade 8.
For the past decade, Sally served as a school administrator, working primarily in inner-city schools where she championed equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning. Her commitment to nurturing both students and fellow educators has been consistent throughout her career. Since retiring from full-time education last year, Sally is excited to share her insights, practical expertise, and deep passion for teaching and learning with the next generation of educators at Tyndale.
