For nearly 50 years, Circle Square Ranch has provided kids aged 6-16 with the BEST week of their summer, helping them discover the amazing adventure God has for them. Our 316-acre Ranch features a 30-horse horsemanship program, a fully equipped lakefront, and activities like high tree climbing and archery. Working at the Ranch means making a lasting impact on campers’ lives while growing in your own faith and leadership. You’ll guide kids as they encounter God and build unforgettable memories, all while being stretched in your abilities and strengthened in your walk with Christ. We are looking for young adult staff to serve in these important Camp ministry roles: Cabin Leader - having direct impact on camper's faith and fun Wrangler - training our horses in spring, and leading our exciting barn program under the leadership of the Horsemanship Director Kitchen Staff - a tight-knit team creating the most essential part of camp: GOOD FOOD! Senior Leadership including Head Boy, Leader in Training staff, etc Most jobs are May-August, but options exist for shorter contracts.
