Coldwater Canada leads wilderness adventure programs for youth and adults that strengthen faith in Jesus, develop character and cultivate leadership. Our programs are led in the adventure education tradition and are designed to foster breakthrough learning. We desire to see people grow as their best selves, equipped to navigate the joys and challenges of life and inspired to live lives of meaningful contribution in community. 

We are looking for humble, responsibility-hungry and self-aware Jesus followers to provide leadership within our programs and serve at Camp Norland; our summer home and basecamp. We work hard to create an environment that will enable all team members to grow while also filling important leadership roles and holding various responsibilities.
